Africa Bound

I'm leaving for Africa by way of Dubai on June 15. My trek consists of 16 days.

I am visiting Nawantale and have a few roles.

1. Help to empower the youth of the village and help to give the women a voice

2. serve as a co-coach of the Nawantale vs. Balawoli invitational soccer match.

3. Help to build a sustainable village through setting up an internet cafe, teaching the ins and outs of the internet and what to watch out for, teaching grant writing to the elders, and reading to the youth while opening up for discussion
Why Africa?
I've always wanted to couple my passion for travel and philanthropy and when this client fell upon my lap, I leaped at the opportunity. The Community School Project is hopefully one of many international foundations the Rayvan Group will work with.
